The ITSKINS mission is simple, to build a product that you can count on. If any ITSKINS component fails because of defects in manufacturing ITSKINS will replace it free of charge (customer is responsible for return shipping). *

ITSKINS Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty is limited to ITSKINS product that were purchased directly from ITSKINS or a ITSKINS authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to ITSKINS mounts and ITSKINS components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a ITSKINS mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been altered, abused or used for any other purpose for which it was intended.

The ITSKINS warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to heat beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND ITSKINS. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY IT, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER. No agent, employee or representative of ITSKINS has any authority to bind ITSKINS  to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning ITSKINS products or parts, except as stated herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. ITSKINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OF SOFTWARE, LOSS OR RECOVERY OF DATA, RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, OR IN THE EVENT THAT ANY LIMITED WARRANTY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL ITSKINS’S ENTIRE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim

1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible. *
2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*
4. Please Provide Shipping Address

*Notes:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.

We will replace the broken component only and not the entire mounting system

We will contact you for the small USPS shipping charge, which usually ranges between $3.27 and $8.21. This number varies based on the weight of the replacement part.

ITSKINS will only warranty products purchased through ITSKINS Authorized Retailers.
